New album by the 1980 founded Epic Heavy-/Prog Metal formation Dark Quaterer, which had started six years earlier under the name Omega Erre and has released seven studio albums since its renaming. And after their last album "Ithaca", the Italian band is now releasing their eighth studio album under the title 'Pompei'. This is a concept album inspired by the book 'The last three days of Pompei' by the Italian writer Alberto Angela, which was recorded in the first months of this year in the band's own W.R.S. studios in Piombino/Italy and mastered by Alex Marton at First Line Studio/Follonica. The cover artwork was designed by the renowned artist Paolo Girardi, who has worked for a number of other metal bands before. The epic album with its six tracks is available as CD and gatefold vinyl including insert and download code.
