Once again the material is more powerful and catchy uptempo heavy metal, the perfect "headbanger's stuff"! MADHOUSE were founded in February 1987 by Carsten Krekow (Git/Vox) and Thomas Gamlien (Git) in Hamburg. Soon Lars Rothbarth (bass) & Paul Slabiak (drums) joined the band. After 1991 every musician went his own way in various metal bands in Hamburg ... In winter 2014 Carsten, Thomas, Lars & Paul met in the Hamburg logo and arranged a nostalgic evening. The reunion of MADHOUSE in the original line-up of 1987 was decided, in 2016 singer Didi Shark completed the band. In 2017 the demo PURE METAL was released, which received good reviews and in 2018 the first full album METAL OR DIE! In the following two years single concerts followed and new songs were written, which are now released on BRAINDEAD.
