The Norwegian Extreme Metal formation Gaahls Wyrd, led by the well-known singer Gaahl (ex-Gorgoroth, Wardruna), releases their debut album "Gastir -Ghosts invited".
Gaahl is one of the most discussed and respected Extreme Metal musicians in Norway. His work with Gorgoroth, Wardruna and God Seed was widely regarded as one of the best the Black Metal scene has to offer. Under the name Gaahls Wyrd the singer now gathered some of Norway's best metal musicians. The band consists of Ole Walaunet (The Batallion, God Seed etc.), Frode Kilvik (Krakow, Aeternuns) and Kevin Kvåle (Horizon Ablaze).
